Shipping and Delivery Policy Document

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all services offered through Debtkart.in, operated by Settlend Legal Advisors LLP under the brand name “Debtkart”.

Debtkart provides legal support, debt advisory assistance, documentation support, settlement communication assistance, representation support, and related professional services. Since Debtkart provides service-based and digital/electronic deliverables, no physical product is shipped to the client.

  1. Electronic Delivery Only

All services, documents, drafts, notices, replies, representations, complaints, updates, confirmations, and other deliverables shall be provided electronically only.

Delivery may be made through:

  1. email
  2. WhatsApp
  3. phone communication
  4. online meeting or video consultation
  5. digital document-sharing link
  6. any other electronic mode agreed between Debtkart and the client
  1. No Physical Shipping

Debtkart does not ship any physical goods, products, printed documents, parcels, or hard copies to the client unless expressly agreed in writing in a specific case.

Therefore, no courier charges, postal charges, or physical shipping charges shall ordinarily apply to services booked through Debtkart.in.

  1. Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline of any service or document may vary depending upon the nature of the matter, availability of documents, complexity of the case, client response time, and the work required.

Debtkart shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed service or document within the timeline communicated to the client. However, delay may occur due to incomplete documents, pending client confirmation, technical issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond the control of Debtkart.

  1. Client’s Responsibility

The client must provide a correct email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, documents, payment proof, and all necessary information required for the service.

Debtkart shall not be responsible for delay or non-delivery caused due to incorrect contact details, inactive email ID, blocked WhatsApp number, non-response from the client, incomplete documents, or technical issues at the client’s end.

  1. Proof of Delivery

Any email, WhatsApp message, digital file, shared link, call confirmation, or electronic communication sent by Debtkart to the client’s registered contact details shall be treated as valid electronic delivery.

  1. Delivery of Legal or Draft Documents

Drafts, notices, replies, complaints, applications, representations, and other legal or advisory documents may be shared in editable or non-editable digital format, including PDF, Word document, email body, or any other suitable electronic format.

  1. Third-Party Delivery

Where any document or communication is required to be sent to a bank, NBFC, recovery agency, arbitrator, mediator, authority, or any third party, Debtkart may send the same electronically through email or other available digital mode, subject to client instructions and service scope.

Debtkart shall not be responsible for delay, non-response, rejection, or technical failure at the end of such third party.
